For Ultrasonic testing for rebar gas pressure welding joints
This is a specialized angled beam probe for ultrasonic testing of gas pressure welded joints of deformed bars for reinforced concrete, corresponding to JIS Z 3062:2014. We offer two types: one for general-purpose ultrasonic testing equipment and one for dedicated machines.
Extremely small like a 'grain,' thin like a 'petal,' dense like a 'kiriko'
In 1988, KGK developed the world's smallest ultrasonic probes: the ultra-compact probe “Chibita-kun” and the ultra-thin probe “Pechako-san.” Since then, KGK has offered a standard lineup of ultra-compact probes designed for ultrasonic testing in narrow and extremely small areas. In April of this year, on the occasion of our 65th anniversary, we have rebuilt one of our core technologies, including ultra-compact and ultra-thin probes, as a new brand. "Chibita-kun," created as the world's smallest probe for contact and water immersion testing, has been incorporated into the 'Grain' series. "Pechako-san," created as the world's thinnest probe for contact and water immersion testing, has been incorporated into the 'Petal' series. The ultra-compact angle probes UX, UM, and UA series, which have been well-received for angle beam testing of small-diameter rods and the like, have been newly reconstructed as a new brand, the 'Facet' series. ● Ideal for testing in narrow spaces, etc. ● Ultra-small probes can scan surfaces that cannot be scanned with standard probes. ● We also welcome inquiries regarding size dimensions.
